I don’t necessarily agree with you David, but it feels right that you would like Oblivion more than Short Term 12. It just does. Not saying it’s a bad thing.
It just seems like if there’s one movie no one could crap on from last year, it was Short Term 12 and if there was no movie nobody cared about, it was Oblivion, which I actually really liked. I’m just glad there’s somebody in the critical ether filling in those 2 holes. It’s kinda like how you love Shooter and hate Juno. Those were both in the same year as well, now that I think about it.

Oblivion was ok, Short Term 12 was a gift from the movie Gods.
