    Eh, it mostly just seemed like a genre film to me. That the Girl kills a douchey drugdealer & an attempted rapist may make some construe it as feminist, but such kills are genre staples and her additional murder of a homeless person complicates her as any avatar of a moral ideology.

    The name “Bad City” is notable because the suffix “abad” appears in the names of many cities with Persian heritage, as the term meant a city or place. So it’s almost like calling it “City Town”.
