Having already tackled the Vietnam War and Wall Street corruption, professional provocateur Oliver Stone set about assaulting the public with as much information about the Kennedy assassination as he could get away with. While the film is incredibly intriguing and thrilling, it’s Stone’s commitment to challenging the audience that makes JFK not only entertaining, but legitimately important.
