Been listening to the show for a while, but didn’t have any images in my head for the hosts. I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised that you’re basically identical.
I still like Memento more than Mulholland Drive. The latter has the great audition scene, contrasted with the earlier read-through, but as a whole I don’t think it’s that great. Maybe it would have worked better if he’d been able to expand it into a tv series?
I agree with Nathan Rabin about The Cider House Rules: that’s an abortion of a movie.
