i felt the same way you do about Finn, until i read this tweet thread that pointed out his character arc. i’m terrible at interpreting stuff like this, so it was nice to see another way that Johnson improved on the usual “character is motivated by….destiny?” star wars template
can’t wait for Uncut Gems to hit video. I had a hard time sitting thru Good Time (made me too anxious) and i kept taking breaks – so i doubt i’ll subject myself to trapping myself in a theater for the new one
