i always hope you’ll cover Joe Carnahan’s Copshop – a fun little DTV thriller, which is absolutely STOLEN by friend of the show Tobey Huss. It’s on Peacock now.
Like Copshop’s Frank Grillo, Olga Kurylenko is a reliable DTV action star. Sentinelle, The Courier, The November Man – all definitely watchable, if not terribly deep. If you want *slightly* deeper fare, Noomi Rapace has paired up with Tommy Wirkola a couple times.
That’s definitely on my to-watch list. I love Toby Huss but I don’t believe he’s a friend of the show.

didn’t he come on and tell stories about Rescue Dawn, among other films? Maybe i’m confusing his appearance another podcast with Pat Healy on yours (i used to get them confused a lot)
Yeah, Pat has definitely told Rescue Dawn stories on the podcast.
