THE AVENGERS (Tyler’s review)
Everyone (well, okay, probably not my mom) should see KILLER JOE. It gives COSMOPOLIS a run for its money in the arena of electric, exciting, truly subversive – and not just in content (but oh boy…!) – filmmaking.
Conversely, no one should see SEEKING A FRIEND FOR THE END OF THE WORLD. Rancid.
Oh, and I didn’t hear a mention of PREMIUM RUSH, which is AWESOME.
Seeing Killer Joe later today, Scott. Also, Seeking a Friend for the End of the World is one of my favorites of the year. So there.
Hey, to each their own. Always glad when a film connects with people.
So glad I’m not the only one who loved Snow White and the Hunts-man.
I’ve never been more upset with the show than when David dismissed Veep which is truly the best comedy on TV right now. I am, however, in agreement with David on Snow White and the Huntsman which I liked quite a bit. Definitely the biggest surprise of the year for me.
