    Really good episode you guys. I was almost going to recommend that you do some more episodes where you talk about film music, either curated or composed. Only this time you could take requests from the audience a la Casey Kasem. Though I’d imagine that is something West will do on his new podcast. I’ll definitely be looking forward to it!

    Great episode. Outside of my area of knowledge, but very enjoyable.

    I want to say though, I’ve always disagreed with that Steve Martin line about there being no sad music played on the Banjo. There’s a lot of appalachian folk music that says otherwise, and African-American blues music was originally on banjos, the guitar was a later import from Mexico.
