The Big Brass Ring is a campaign movie where William Hurt runs for Governor of Missouri, and takes place in St Louis (filmed on location!). It’s a little weird, based on an old Orson Welles script.
i think it’s still free on Amazon Prime, at the moment. Lots of great locations, good performances, but not a pulse-pounder.
also worth mentioning: The Two Popes.
