Way back in the early episodes you guys asked us to weigh in on the question: is Camryn Manheim a celebrity or not. I’ve been working my way through Girls and she’s namedropped in the second season so I guess that makes her a celebrity.

And to the recent lack of correspondence and Natalie muttering to herself that no one’s listening anymore: yes I am! Just feels silly answering to some of the calls to action when I’m already here in the fall and it’s difficult to keep track of how long ago these episodes were recorded. Did you already hear that Biden dropped out of the race? Want to hear my summer plans now that I’ve already accomplished all of them?

Well, sure! My favorite thing about summer is that it’s the time I usually manage to see all of my friends that are spread out all over the country. My summer plans were mostly just seeing them, shooting a bunch of Super 8 footage of them, going to see some good gigs and learning how to make a vegan cheesecake. I crushed every one of these goals. Oh I also shot some footage of a gig by Terveet Kädet. They’re a legendary Finnish hardcore band and they’re the band that I’ve seen the most times live. I know they have notable fans like the dudes from Sepultura or Jello Biafra so maybe David has heard of them.

    xoxo
