Cagayan was meant to be BBB, and was cast for that specifically. Koh Rong was cast first, then they chose the theme, then divided them into BBB. That is why Cagayan was clear cut, they were cast in those categories, this time, they were cast first for no theme, then divided. I think you said the opposite on the podcast.
