91. Solaris (1972)
It needs to be that long. That’s the point. The longer you live in the world of Andrei Tarkovsky’s Solaris, the further you get from the real world and the more you come to identify with the lead character, whose relative isolation may be driving him mad. And anyway, it’s only 15 minutes longer than Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. At least this one earns its runtime.
